Recommended Services:

Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to ensure you are getting the optimum performance out of your generator and meeting all required life-safety guidelines by tracking your services with vigilant eyes. When you’re due for a service, your Account Manager will notify you of the following recommendations for you to consider.

Load Bank
Testing

Using specialized equipment, we are able to produce artificial loads on your generator, allowing us to check for mechanical troubles and break down accumulation of unburnt fuel. This testing helps your unit run cleaner and more efficiently.

Fuel
Polishing

Did you know that debris build up in the fuel tanks of your generator contribute to over 50% of generator failures? We get rid of all the contaminants and unwanted materials by drawing the fuel from the tank through a specialized filter system and returning it to the tank.

Coolant
Flush

Flushing out your coolant pipes and tanks protects the metal surface of the radiator, hater core and engine block. This service allows your cooling system to operate at maximum efficiency and reduces the likelihood of overheating or blown gaskets.

Replacing Belts & Hoses

Just like any piece of equipment, generators can fail when parts like belts and hoses break or become damaged. By replacing these at least once every 5 years, you should cut down on the chances of causing significant damage to your generator.

Battery
Replacement

One of the most common reasons for a generator to fail is a faulty battery. That’s why your Account Manager will track your battery’s age and performance, giving you a heads up when it’s time for replacement ensuring that your battery never impacts your generator’s ability to backup your power supply.
