Todd has over 25 years experience building, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining, consulting and installing generators. Todd specializes in multi-site management and backup power consultations for telecommunication sites, assisted living facilities, municipalities, and healthcare providers. He leverages his extensive experience and expertise assisting our service, parts, dispatch and account development departments and also serves as our sales engineer, designing every new generator installation from the bottom up. Todd touches every single part of our business to make sure our clients are getting the very best solutions and service.
Director of Sales
Jacob joined our team in 2023 to help manage the extraordinary growth in generator sales and multi-site preventative maintenance contracts. While new to the generator industry, Jacob has a proven track record of building powerful connections through his easy-going personality and reputation for ensuring quality.
Kyle ensures all our Technicians exceed our own expectations and continuously trains and assists all our Techs through remote live-help sessions. He’s on call 24/7 to respond on-site to ensure our clients get the best service—period. Kyle also coordinates with our Parts Manager and Account Managers to ensure the Techs are proactively prepared for every job, saving our clients time and money.
Who You'll Speak To
Our Account Management group is the liaison between our company and our valued customers. Their number one job is to be a single-source resource for each customer, responding to unique needs without transferring or handing our customers off. In addition to being our customers’ single-source contact, our Account Managers act as advocates for every generator we service, tracking routine repairs and recommended services so each of our clients know exactly how their generators are performing and can make the most informed decisions about their investment.
Operations & Logistics
Jacob reviews every work order and estimate well in advance of their scheduled appointment to ensure our techs have the tools and parts they need to get the job done. Jacob takes his role one step further by consulting our experienced Service Supervisor to stock our trucks with parts that we know they MIGHT need each week, saving our customers time and trip charges.
Our generator Technicians are the backbone of our company. We hire the best and we ensure they are always trained on the newest advancements in troubleshooting and repair. Our Technicians pride themselves on being professional and courteous to our customers and are dedicated to detailed note-taking and meticulous inspections to ensure the generators they work on are proactively protected from routine wear and tear.

As a serial entrepreneur and an experience manager throughout decades in the the Food and Hospitality industry, Jamey has brings a unique perceptive to the generator industry, blending efficiency with innovation in every department.
Director of Business Development / Founder
Katherine has a Master’s Degree in Creative Brand Management from VCU’s Brand Center and brings her experience from developing strategies and campaigns for brands like Walmart, Norwegian Cruise Lines and BFG Tires to the world of generators. She works with the team to continuously innovate and grow MGS, while also occasionally popping up in the field.
